Pros
Pay Understandable vacation time structure Training reimbursement if applicable Yearly Vacation retreat (with mandatory seminars) Decent bonus at end of year, that does decrease on a year by year basis in practice. Lower management is approachable
Cons
Treating workers like they are disposable. Actively discouraging discussing salaries during orientation, a red flag. Hostility without any cause, almost profiling new workers and assuming they don't care about the work they put in. There's an assumption that an average worker will only stay 2 years before burning out due to mandatory overtime, lack of flexibility with Project Managers or just generally disrespectful relocation assistance correspondence. A lot of the workers are hired right out of college, so they may not know how to set boundaries or deal with unreasonable working hours. The remote work discussion is dishonest, just match what employers on site do instead of requiring 5 days on site.
