Pros
- great pay and compensation - potential to move up in the company
Cons
- forcing everyone back into the office first 3 days then 4. Despite many sites where the client works hybrid or doesn't come into the office at all. My job satisfaction and mental health took a hit and will take a bigger one with 4 days in office. They'll probably mandate 5 days in the future. - The software and technology isn't what the rest of the industry uses so it's not very transfererable.
