Business Outlook
Pros
Pay and benefits are solidly above-average for an entry-level position. A lot of effort goes into training and retaining new employees. Management invests in fostering a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and professionalism.
Cons
For the majority of positions, FAST requires their employees to relocate every few years. This is the major drawback to working for FAST. Some locations may differ in culture and pace of work, but FAST is generally willing to work with employees who find that they aren't compatible with their assigned location. Depending on the location, employees may be asked to work a great deal of (compensated) overtime in order to meet deadlines.
