Pros
Annual company trip for the AGM, comprehensive health insurance that includes coverage for spouse and children, 30 days of work-from-home allowance per year, supportive work environment, friendly and collaborative colleagues.
Cons
They offer a competitive compensation package, and they’ve recently made updates to their compensation structure. However, it now differs from the structure used in the U.S. Going forward, salary adjustments will be reviewed based on individual performance and current market rates for each role. Unfortunately, we weren’t informed of these changes in advance. Still, that's how life goes—some years are more fruitful than others. Nonetheless, I'm always grateful.
