Pros
High pay relative to the industry, there have never been any mass layoffs, you get to see many different locations while doing similar work. It used to feel like a company that you could spent your whole career at, and I have hope that it will get back to that point again some day.
Cons
There is a reason FAST hasn't been on the top companies to work at in 5 years, with steadily decreasing ratings. The company has kept its 'partner managed' model for far too long. The structure and style worked with a small company, but it has grown too large with too many projects, and they are continuing to make tone-deaf decisions that benefit only a small % of the company, while the vast majority of the company are kept in the dark and negatively impacted. If you happen to be on a site with a partner, you get significantly more information about company decisions, but none of it is shared with the rest of the company. That unofficial information was slowly spread through the company through back channels, resulting in rumors and confusion.
