Outbound sales can be very draining

The technology is ground breaking and exciting. Incredible co-workers. You work with a lot of good people who sincerely want the best for the company and the CEO really cares about the individuals.

Although the CEO has the right intentions he is on overload, he has too much on his plate and isn't able to be effective in all of his responsibilities.He's currently addressing individual issues during production meetings with the entire company rather than discussing them directly with the person. Rather than using this time to bolster his team each meeting is a chastisement and it's discouraging to the crew, especially to those who are completely unrelated to the issues. The ratio of critique to constructive conversation is like 10 to 1. It's leaving everyone in a rut.
