Pros

Family first. No-brainer product. Nothing new/no trade secrets.

Cons

Order takers think it's NOT FAIR if a seasoned professional gets the 'big accounts'. "It's not fair" is the motto if a new person, in a new role does well or is treated differently at all. Bait and Switch. Critcism for minorities, gender, disabilities and religion daily. Disgusting, filthy environment where employees are constantly sick. Too many mistakes on orders. Owners afraid to change status quo.

Pros

Solid company that pays fairly for your experience. Benefits start right away. All of the equipment is brand new because this is a new center and they are willing to get you what ever you need to do your job if they don't already have it.

Cons

They have unrealistic expectations. One of the owners is a micromanager that tends to jump to the wrong conclusions when she doesn't understand your systems. She can be quite insulting and talks down to everyone.
