Pros
Honestly, in the beginning everything seemed to be amazing and the owner was super supportive but that didn't last long.
Cons
The owner contradicts himself, doesn't communicate clearly, doesn't listen to fundamental problems with equipment and softwares to help your work flow be efficient, payments were sketchy(Through Zelle with no paystubs), always disappeared, lied to clients, was willing to produce poor quality work, overcharged clients all the time. You don't wanna be a part of that.
