The stingiest of benefits - no sick pay, no healthcare - so steer clear unless you have no other choice.

Pros

Job is pretty straightforward set up meeting with customers, sending an estimate, and getting paid.

Cons

You are expected to do designs, production, deliveries, for you and other account managers, and still be required to have good sales numbers as the account managers that just focus on sales.
