Pros
The FastTek Global team early on was extremely welcoming - as soon as you join your first call you immediately feel as though you have been welcomed into a sort of second family. The dedication and perseverance of the team members is truly awe-inspiring and I am grateful for the opportunity to have observed and learned from some of the most hard working people I have yet to meet. Additionally, certain projects I worked on for FastTek Global were not only informational in terms of learning about the industry, but also in broad professional and personal senses, which I greatly admired about the Internship program.
Cons
As an intern, I would have benefitted from a greater in depth analysis of the company, particularly the goals and processes of the corporation itself. Ultimately I believe having greater knowledge of this information would have provided me with greater insight to the overall industry which would have improved and expanded the work I was able to do for and with the company.
