Pros
Every team member, management included, are there and want to help. If anything was needed or I ever had any questions, numerous people were available and willing to help. Working with helpful and friendly people everyday can and did increase my overall enjoyment of the experience. Don't be afraid to ask. Whether that be a question or for help, someone will help you find what you need.
Cons
Early on in the process, more could have been communicated in terms of what was going to be expected during the time I was working for them. As time passed, more information was shared but I wished it would have been expressed up front in more detail.
