Pros
I loved my position, The pay may not be there at the beginning, but they promote and give raises to the ones that work hard. The environment is labor intensive but not too horrible just a lot of boxes moved and restocking customers. They are not one to micromanage and they have really good teams that help get you all the knowledge/ resources you need. Other side of the coin, there are bad teams and bad managers, that's everywhere though
Cons
There is a cap to growth in the sales side, There are so many departments that you can transfer over to but after a certain growth it become really niche/ degree-oriented positions
