Nepotism and favoritism among the managers and their family working there. Managers do not stand up for employees on tipped wages, they tell guests that the service charge is a tip when it very much so is not. Managers only look out for their family who work there, unfairly taking money from the tipped wage workers. Managers do nothing to encourage guests to tip their servers, if anything they do the opposite by telling guests that the service charge is the tip.
