Pros

science used to be good and exciting/ lots of innovation before 2020.

Cons

Ever since the reorg of R&D/ Development teams, the culture has been super toxic, innovation in science has stopped. Chief R&D Officer will openly tell employees during R&D meeting that if the platform fails, it's because the people didn't work hard enough and not because of the science. Managers in R&D were told to take attendance of each other's employees and to report back that there's 80% attendance when everyone's working at 100% on-site. Program managers and directors are in the lab spying on whether or not people are in the lab working, not taking into account that people have emails, meetings, planning to do at their desks. Male managers have demonstrated sexism and micro aggression toward their female coworkers or reports. There are many incidents of employees leaving due to being treated horribly by their mangers/ coworkers. many other employees are only staying because of the 2 years sign on bonus that Fate lock you into. Gotta think about why they lock you in for 2 years with the sign on bonus where every other company only does 12months. Turnover rate at the company is horrible. 90% of the employees are unhappy.

Pros

Pay is great, most people are fun to be around. Has gotten better over the last year with the culture in the office.

Cons

Leadership choices can be awful and no outside life. I generally can say most people spend their time at work.
