Toxic Environment from Leadership and Human Resources - Operations Specialist Fate Therapeutics Employee Review

Human resources such as Amy and Jessica are gluesless, unprofessional, and lock of communication. HR has changed the culture at Fate to toxic. They don't know how to handle conflict, employee performing below expectation. Best practice I saw was ignore the issue and hope it will go away or not my problem! Upper Management is no better has taken what seems like a good company with the clinical trials for cure of some cancer to the ground. Lost a lot of great talent during the 60% reduction and others are leaving on their own. I feel leadership has lost their way and only plan on cashing out whatever stocks are left. They don't seem to care what Fate once was. Its all about the profits. Very sad!!!
