Business Outlook
Pros
Great commission split, great support from leadership and fellow agents; feels like family. Stock earned through sales and longevity is a bonus. Leadership that models true servant leadership and caring for all employees.
Cons
The only con is most brokers are expected to work out of their home or their own office, so if you need a lot of "water cooler" time you will need to make additional effort at getting that. But I love the freedom and other agents are always willing to help, so this really is a very minor "con," the savings and resulting increased commission split more than make up for it.
