We completely agree. Micro managing is a bad thing, which is why we it should only happen when the employee absolutely needs it and even then it is only temporary until the situation has improved. Otherwise, it should never happen. If it's a particular manager who is doing it to others without cause, then please let us know through proper channels. We have hundreds of managers and most are absolutely amazing. I would hate to see the whole company punished because of the actions of one manager, especially when the employee did not give us the opportunity to correct it. -Josh
