This is my third large Real Estate company in almost 17 years and they are the easiest to work with. They are very focused on the agent and helping agents achieve their goals. I know every firm says they are family...usually thats not true. Fathom does work as a family. All the way to the CEO who is the first CEO of a major Real Estate firm that I have been with who I can literally reach out to and get a response from him within a short period of time . Fathom's work environment is positive and upbeat. And yes, you get all the wonderful bells and whistles including cutting edge technology, your own website, tons of educational tools, E&O, stock, (yes they are listed on Nasdaq) and really impressive learning tools such as videos etc. You don't pay commission, you pay a transactional fee of only 550 per transaction , a small yearly fee of 600, no hidden fees. Its your business, keep more money in your pocket to spend on your business. Your clients will appreciate that, so will you!
