Don't do it!! They find ways to NOT pay you! - Recruiter Fathom Realty Employee Review

Your role as a recruiter is to recruit new agents but they somehow finagle themselves out of paying you for certain reasons. You could bring in TEN or FIFTEEN brand new agents and not get paid for one individual agent. Sure, you can make $1k commission if you bring in ten, but each agent should be worth $100-$300. They don't want to pay you because they can't. They like to make up reasons to fire people. Management sucks arse. They don't care about you nor to they listen. They just care about numbers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I don't work there anymore for a reason.
