Our careers website makes it very clear that we do not have office and we do not provide leads. It cannot be "smoke and mirrors" if we do not promise those things. You have to speak with someone before you can join so if you actually did join us, you would have had the chance to ask about these things if you missed them on the site. As for local support, while we do not have physical offices, we do have a local managing broker in every market. And no, our focus is not on growth, our focus is on serving our agents. If you really are with Fathom, which I suspect you are not, then I regret that service is not what you have experienced.
