Pros
Low fees, they paired me with a mentor who was a huge assest in my real estate knowledge. if you attend the events and make an effort to build relationships with everyone you will discover it is like a family and everyone is there to support each other. I recently left but only to experience a local not cloud based brokerage. CEO is very involved and has a boots on the ground mentality-definetly see this company growing

IMO it is more beneficial for seasoned real estate agents that have already mastered the art of marketing and how to get leads.
