      Favor has a great company culture Owned and backed by HEB makes me feel a higher sense of job security and support The people at Favor are so kind and caring There is a lot of exciting things going on at the leadership level, exciting time at the company! Absolutely incredible office space in Austin

      Pros

      Make your own hours is about all.

      Cons

      You will make about $10 per hour while using your gas. Sometimes they will send you 30 minutes away from the store with no warning making it an hour driving/gas! Customers will keep messaging you to go back and exchange things taking more time making you late and that lowers your rating. It's completely immoral for them to pay so little for using your own vehicle and gas while caring heavy water and beer to people.
