Cons
Lack of leadership! Constantly changing schedules times even hours before. Little to no effort to address Managers requests for help or training. They don't drug test any Package Handlers before employment, just let that sink in for a moment and then you'll understand the quality of personnel that you will be dealing with. If upper management doesn't like you (or in my case) or feels threatened by your experience, you will be forced out. Very toxic culture (at least at my location) full of unaddressed behavioral issues due to the upper management disregarding and in many cases undermining direct management efforts to right the behavioral issues within the company. Until they address these issues, they will be unable to retain quality talent.
