Pros

You get 401k matching, health and dental insurance and discounts. Supposedly you can get an annual raise. Job was easy but the people made it stressful and toxic.

Cons

Management is condescending, narcissistic, manipulative and down right terrible. My boss was unconcerned about my well being and the way i was being treated by my peers, as well as treating me just as bad as my peers treated me. He played favorites with all of my peers and showed priority to their needs over mine. I came to him on multiple occasions to report the harassment that i was on the receiving end of, just for him to smile and to not take my concerns seriously. Towards the end of my employment there i was being constantly hammered by him and my peers on trivial things (causing me a lot of stress and anxiety) in order to try and force me to quit. He was sabotaging my performance by deliberately giving me false information and then getting on me for “not doing something right” (a whole lot of gaslighting through out my stay there), and was protecting my peers whenever i brought up to his attention that they were violating company policy. He had me taking orders from people that weren't even my superiors nor in any supervisory role, and now i was being bossed around by someone who wasnt even a manager/supervisor, and treated me just as poorly as my boss. My entire stay in that position (until i was fired), was stressful, depressing and toxic.

Pros

Easy to apply, fast to get hired (no interview process) and the pay

Cons

Very rude management, lack of care for safety, no drinkable water (all filters are in the red and have been since I started) They have cameras everywhere and are constantly watching you but say you can’t bring your own phone in because “people steal them”? There is junk everywhere. Lots of trash everywhere (employees drinks and food). They want you to work and eat on the line instead of giving you breaks to do so. They get upset when you use the bathroom or fill your water bottle even if you’ve been working for 3 hours straight but if you clock in at an area 2 min walking distance from your work area you’re “stealing time” I’ve noticed people of color get treated differently. The HR department has some of the most prejudice employees so there’s no real equality if you have conflict with someone. I’ve never been, but it feels like a prison to go in and out of the building and lastly you don’t work a consistent schedule. You leave when they say you can.
