Pros
Flexible hours, and great insurance even for Part timers. Pay is decent when there is enough work. Management is generally really friendly and understand when you're sick or have something come up. Twice a year bonuses depending how well we do for the quarters. $19.26/hour after working for a year BUT maybe only work 20 hours a week.
Cons
Company is always "promoting" career advancements, but hardly ever given the opportunity to do so, instead of promoting veteran dock workers, they just hire on more novice workers. This leads to hours being cut and workers having to get a second job to make ends meet.
