Discrimination - Yard Driver FedEx Freight Employee Review

Higher management is very discriminatory and sexist. They will lie about anything to get someone fired. Everything is political, safety is not a concern even though it is preached, favoritism flourishes. Cannot talk to coworkers while on the dock, have even been yelled at when asking coworjer for help, assuming we were just talking about nothing. If you make suggestions to better the workplace and moral, you will have a target in your back. Its better to speak to no one while working here. Anything and everything can be used against you. Have seen great workers get fired for nothing and complete turds will be kept on even when they damage freight or equipment the most.
