Pros

The job is easy, pay and benefits are good. The majority of the day consisted of driving alone in your truck, which was nice not having managers or co workers breathing down your neck all day.

Cons

Driving on bad winter roads is stressful. Some employees seemed like they were out to throw people under the bus and get others in trouble or fired. The work life balance was pretty bad. A 10 hour day was about as short of a day you could ever hope for and those were a rarity. 12 hour days were average and sometimes days would stretch to 14 hours. Don't try to plan anything during the work week.

Pros

- Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

Cons

- The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
