Pros
It was super flexible and willing to work around my schedule when I was in school or working another job. My coworkers were friendly and always up for a chat. Management was helpful and available when needed either in person or via phone. They paid weekly, which I really enjoyed. Overall this is a good company to work for.
Cons
Since, I was a non-driver my hours were never guaranteed, ex one week I could work 2 hours and the next 22 hours. This leads to a wide variance in paychecks week to week.
