Pros

Good benefits with a consistent schedule. Restructuring schedules to fix issues faced due to employees leaving. Supervisors, co-workers, and terminal managers are very kind and are not responsible for the financial and scheduling restrictions in the workplace.

Cons

Severe hour cuts due to volume. Usually working 4 1/2-5 hours per day. Volume may pick up over the summer, but it is certainly not here now nor has it been for the past six months.

Pros

- Insurance benefits are offered to part time employees - Pay is sufficient based on being part time - Management will send some communications regarding big picture matters - There is some leniency regarding calling out of work

Cons

- The requirement to maintain insurance is becoming more difficult - Employees are not paid the same rate simply based on tenor rather than qualifications - Management will rarely, if ever, address direct employee concerns - Leniency for calling out only seems to apply for certain employees - There is no standard of training or written expectations readily available once hired
