      This company has amazing advantages for growth and developing skills. Great place to network across all FedEx OpCos. Good benefits and great upward mobility. Great rewards for excelling and improving business growth. Amazing people to work with.

      Cons

      Always on the go and long hours. High pressure from management, paperwork and reports are over the top at times. It will take new employees to understand and get their feet under them to feeling comfortable.
