Pros

Once you become familiar with the day's workload, the tools available and the time it would take to do your tasks it's extremely easy for you to keep your job.

Cons

You have to work with people that do the bare minimum to maintain employment. In the larger stores there are enough employees that the work WILL get done ... it's just a matter of how much of it you personally have to do.

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
