Pros

Good benefits, specifically time off. Decent pay for the type of job it is. Very easy to move up in the company if you put in the effort. You can transfer to almost anywhere in the country very easily. I transferred from the West Coast to east coast and was able to get a position just based on one phone interview with the Center Manager.

Cons

Constant change and lack of vision. This company is not what it used to be. When I was hired, I was hired by a printing company. Now they keep pushing we are a "retail" company. Yet, we don't have the "retail" to compete with places like Staples and Office Depot. Schedules used to be set for most full time employees, now they are all over the place and team members have no consistency. Salaries have gone down. Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
