Pros

Decent start rate (until you really get the experience) Learn a lot about customer service, printing, and finishing Some coworkers are good to work with Developed good relationships with customers

Cons

Your typical overworked and underpaid It gets insane especially during peak hours and holidays, you'll find yourself going nuts Working by myself for hours at a time was very difficult and lost business by having customers walk out EXTREMELY stressful! I can't even explain how stressful this job is Customers are very demanding sometimes and their stress will add on to yours, they expect things to be done right away

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
