      Pros

      - Clean, professional environment - Organized system setup - Decent training and new hire process - Fun at times, and rarely boring - Able to learn many skills and processes

      Cons

      - Pay is pretty low at entry level, and mediocre after 3-6 years - Company is always cutting back on quality and increasing prices - Payroll is tight and you are expected to take on more responsibility without being compensated for it.

      Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

      Cons

      The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
