      No potential to move up, management don't think ahead for new employees, no bonuses in certain positions, no work life balance, managers don't care about employees, gave new employees higher wages and screwed over long term employees

      Pros

      FedEx was an amazing place to work. I had only worked there for about 2 months before I ran into some major medical issues that caused me to be out for 3 months straight. FedEx/management was extremely supportive as they were right by my side the entire time. When I came back it was like returning to family.
