It's great, if you like being abused - Forklift Operator FedEx SupplyChain Employee Review

FedEx SupplyChain, at least my location, is an amazing place to work... If you like being abused, lied to, manipulated, talked down too, etc, etc as nauseum. My department is given tasks with no direction, and the tasks are impossible to accomplish. Our OM has taking away overtime/mandates away from the supervisors, gives us less than 48 hours of notice, constantly changes the overtime schedule (up to 11 times in one day). The overall morale of this place is abysmal at best. Our GM has physically assaulted people on two different occasions (that I'm aware of), and STILL isn't fired! You cannot give suggestions to supervisors or managers because they'll threaten you with insubordination, or just be told to stop whining. Overall, this is one of the WORST places I've ever worked in my life.
