Pros

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the gift card from your company. I am truly grateful to work for FedWriters, and I do appreciate the things you do to care for your employees. I have not encountered anyone in this company who hasn’t had a “how can I help” attitude. This thinking comes from the top, and while I haven’t met either of you in person, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this in my everyday encounters with other employees. Mitchell Cho and Eric Stone are incredible people to work for. This company is legit in their mission and work!!

Cons

I have nothing to add here.

Pros

Run professionally with HR department, professional development, clear expectations and annual review process, recognition opportunities and some attempts at creating a corporate community (pot lucks, volunteer days, etc.). Annual increases can be earned, which isn't always the case in government contract work.

Cons

PTO is very low. Some supervisors are very available and advocate for their direct reports, others leave them to languish and don't back them up when there are issues on the federal side.
