- Coworkers are very relatable, laid back, patient, and willing to help you. -Training opportunities and personal development is great. There's active encouragement to develop yourself professionally. -Great base salary compared to private sector. New hires can advance quickly and hit $100k within 3 years max -Diverse workplace. -Amazing work life balance. All OT will be paid, at 1.5x salary.
Cons
-After hitting $100k, the salary plateus noticeably. The only way to advance is to either head to a supervisory position or head to Headquarters. -Employee retention is an issue, not because of a bad work environment, but because of the low ceiling in pay.
