Pros
Flexible schedule, great colleagues, good pay. Leadership seems to have integrity, for the most part.
Cons
I think if I didn't do anything for three weeks, no one would even notice. There are probably a ton of employees for whom this is true. It makes for a relaxed environment with an awesome work-life balance, but can also be depressing and not very motivating. Also very bureaucratic, but that's a given in government. Not much vacation time.
