Raises and promotions are regularly celebrated across the company. It feels good to be recognized for the work you contribute.
Cons
At times the different departments can feel a little too isolated and communication can fall short, however, this is something that has been discussed and is always trying to be improved. It's never difficult to reach someone in another department to help workout an issue.
