disappointing - Anonymous employee Feeding America Employee Review

-i thought my salary was good until i realized how much c-suite and executive team makes -HR does not care about lower level employees, even when they repeatedly ask for help -strategic mission keeps changing and is not in line with what staff (the people that execute the mission) or food banks (the network we are trying to support) want -keeps people in poverty. stop taking huge donations from companies like walmart, and instead try to fix the system so walmart employees aren't paid minimum wage and have to be on SNAP themselves.
