It is really difficult to get things done sometimes because employees often aren't empowered to make decisions. There isn't clarity on who can make what types of decisions. It's demoralizing to constantly be given responsibility for a project with zero authority for it and for managers to take your work and re-do it rather than give you constructive and clear feedback. There are also way too many meetings that seem to be for the sake of meetings.
