Pros
I can't think of any at this time specific to the organization's management or leadership. However, It is a great mission and helps a lot of people experiencing food insecurity.
Cons
Organization is extremely inflexible - although they claim to be flexible. They have decided that they are opening the offices - although some staff wants to remain remote and Covid is surging. They are not following the science but instead following the wants of the Executive Director who is so distant from the day to day work. Everyone in management is too scared to say something to leadership because if you disagree it is either their way or the highway. The leadership is insufferable and there are too many (very long) meetings.
