* Co-workers are incredible - smartest and most hardworking folks I've ever met * It's definitely going in the right direction in addressing historical harms and root causes of hunger. * Workplace culture is good and understanding of life balance needs

* C-suite has good intentions, but makes frequent missteps because they don't fully consider all the ramifications of their actions. * Struggling to address the "root root" causes of hunger and insecurity. Feeding America really doesn't want to acknowledge that corporate greed and economic policies are the real issues. * They don't do great at pay transparency or pay comparison to other comparable jobs
