Fairly good benefits. Good educational opportunities. Good coworkers.

Cons

You HAVE to work overtime. They usually don’t even ask if you can work a weekend, they just put you on the schedule. The HR lady is a joke. She blows everybody off within 1-2 minutes and does not take her time to listen to your problems or concerns. If you think she is on your side and actually listens to you and take your issues serious, then you are definitely wrong. Operators get treated like they don’t matter because they just replace you if they don’t like you.
