Not a great place to work - Anonymous employee Feintool Employee Review

Inconsistent policies, lack luster pay for work performed. Expensive healthcare and bad total benefit packages compared to other automotive manufacturers. They actually have the most laughable HR department I've ever witnessed. If they actually answer the phone, they never have any useful answers. Employees are directed to third party companies to seek answers. The policies are not enforced consistently and sadly come off as discriminative based on the people who benefit vs those who dont. The handbook looks like it was written by a high school student. I would not recommend this company to a foe. Keep looking.
