Pros
Great environment. Free tickets to their shows, plus free tickets to show previews. The free tickets also cover international shows, so you can invite your friends, or personally attend the shows when traveling. Very nice! Good management and CEO's. They are all very friendly.
Cons
Daily commute, if you live far. Sometimes working across departments can be tedious or time consuming if you need to wait and coordinate for meetings to get user requirements. Priorities tend to be urgent due to the nature of the shows.
