Cons
- Unit Managers are unreliable in their level of knowledge and willingness to train their staff to succeed - Independent Contractors are given too much leeway with their stand balances - Educated individuals demeaned and treated with disrespect by the less educated and longer tenured employees. - Socializing with co-workers often met with approval openly and disdain behind closed doors leading to a lot of back biting - Excellent training program not followed by management - Management stresses the importance of being loyal to their staff however practice the art of throwing them under the bus in favor of keeping their "favorite" independent contractors happy - Vice president is lied to by unit managers and therefore lacks the ability to properly judge the performance of a unit - Performers treated well when the show is doing well, and treated poorly when attendance is down or show fails to meet expectations in a given market.
