      Pros

      A good starter company if you like to travel full time for work. Many opportunities to move up within the company. A lot of chances to learn new skills. A good starter to move on to better tours.

      Cons

      The pay is bad and you get treated like the low man on the totem pole. The work hours can be very rough IE 7am-Midnight
