Pros
traveled to a new city almost every week, free housing and the opportunity to work with people from all over the world
Cons
This company is the "Peter Principle" at work. In a five year period I saw almost every upper management position filled by someone who was not qualified to do the job. Managers would not show up for work or answer their cell phones, leaving employees with no leadership. Training and orientation are non-existent, My "forklift training" consisted of a full 5 minutes with an outside contractor who happened to be on property and I was given a form and told "sign this, it says you watched a movie and were given a driving test". Hard work and long hours are not appreciated, they are demanded and you are not given the tools you need to do your job. Complaints to HR are not taken seriously and will be used against you. HR managers and upper management visiting the unit will belittle and degrade managers to their employees making it hard for managers to maintain respect.
